Strengthening our community

Imagina offers capacity building tools and opportunities for students, field practitioners and researchers who acknowledge human development from a scientific perspective and who recognise the importance of using data for decision making.

Generate

spaces and training opportunities for field workers such as practitioners from NGOs, multilateral agencies, national and local governments. These spaces allow the use of data and methods to make evidence-based decisions and design strategies for the monitoring and evaluation of public programmes and policies. Furthermore, these spaces allow for auditing of impact evaluations and supervision of social programmes in ways that are meaningful for continuous improvement.

Generate

spaces and training opportunities for researchers. Including databases, methods and theoretical perspectives surrounding human development. Furthermore, these spaces facilitate the formation of non-academic mediums which promote the dissemination of knowledge for the greater public.
